One Vanderbilt Refinancing Package in the Works for Roughly $2.25B

A refinancing package among a consortium of lenders for the recently completed One Vanderbilt tower is being led by Goldman Sachs and Wells Fargo. Expected to close in June 2021, the roughly $2.25 billion package is “set to be one the largest single-building commercial real estate loans in New York history.” The 58-story, 1.7 million-square-foot tower developed by SL Green Realty, along with partners National Pension Service of Korea and Hines, opened in September; and is currently approximately 73 percent leased with TD Bank serving as anchor tenant.
