Planned Sale Offering of 9th Avenue Hudson Commons Office Tower Seeks $1B-plus
The 25-story, 700,000-square-foot newly redeveloped office tower at 441 Ninth Avenue is expected to hit the market. Developer Cove Property Group is hoping to sell the property for more than $1 billion. Currently anchored by Peloton Interactive Inc. and Lyft Inc., the LEED Platinum-certified building located just east of the Hudson Yards complex on Manhattan’s Far West Side is more than 75% leased, with available space located on the higher-rent, premium floors.
