Sorin Medical, P.C. has secured a 15-year lease for 5,686 square feet of retail space at the base of 120 Wall Street. The private medical practice will open its new flagship in January 2022; and will stray from the traditional medicinal office concepts by featuring a wellness and lifestyle focused design. Other New York City locations where the practice that focuses on overall cardiovascular health has offices include Brooklyn, Queens, and the Bronx.
