Quest Workspaces Secures Long-Term FiDi Lease for 43,542 s/f
Having been a tenant at Lower Manhattan’s 48 Wall Street under a short-term license agreement since 2018, flexible office space provider Quest Workspaces has converted the short-term license to a 10-year lease. Quest’s 43,542-square-foot space spans the entire 10th through 12th floors in the Financial District building also known as the Bank of New York & Trust Company Building.
