Retail Condo at 530 Fifth Avenue In Contract to Sell for $190M

Brookfield Property Partners has entered into contract to sell the roughly 60,000-square-foot retail condominium at the base of 530 Fifth Avenue. Contract vendees Aurora Capital Associates and hedge funder Edmond M. Safra are expected to acquire the block-long unit for about $190 million, representing an approximately 36% loss from the $295 million Brookfield paid in 2014.
