Sip and Co. Opening New Outpost on West 58th Street

Specialty café Sip and Co. has opened a 7,025-square-foot location on the ground level of the 11-story residential building at 41 West 58th Street. The new outpost that will be occupied under a 10-year lease is just steps from Central Park and 5th Avenue’s shopper traffic.
