St. Francis College Opening 255K-sf Campus in DoBro

The Wheeler Building that sits atop the landmarked Macy’s building at 181 Livingston Street in Downtown Brooklyn will be welcoming St. Francis College sometime in 2022. The 160-year-old private college will be expanding its campus into the 255,091-square-foot space spanning the entire 5th though 7th floors under a 30-year term, relocating from currently occupied space at nearby 180 Remsen Street.
