Starrett City Stake Sale Values Complex at $1.8B

An anonymous group of institutional investors has sold their stake in the 5,881-unit housing complex Spring Creek Towers, formerly known as Starrett City. Although details of the deal were not released, it gives the complex a valuation of greater than $1.8 billion, the complex having previously sold in 2018 for $904.6 million. Brooksville Companies and Rockpoint Group will remain owners of the government-subsidized housing complex.
