Strong Rebound of NYC Investment Sales in Q2 2021

Following a setback in the 1st quarter of 2021, citywide investment sales activity during the 2nd quarter rebound with some 454 transactions from April through June. The $5.3 billion dollar volume is nearly triple the 1st quarter total; and is also double year-over-year volume—but remains sharply below the $10 billion dollar investment sales volume in the 2nd quarter of 2019.
