The social media platform recently introduced a big block sublease to the market. The space at 245 and 249 West 17th Street totals nearly 200,000 square feet and spans the entire 2nd through 12th floors at 245 West 17th Street and adjoining floors 4 through 6 at 249 West 17th Street under a term that extends through April 2030.
