Summit CityMD to Open an 18,700-sf Outpost on 18th Street
The urgent care chain owned by Summit Health secured a 15-year lease for the entire block-through space at the base of 18 West 18th Street. Spread across two levels at the base of the building located between 7th and 8th Avenues, the new 18,700-square-foot space establishes the first co-branded facility to open in New York since CityMD was acquired by Summit in 2019. According to CityMD’s website, there are nearly 30 locations currently in operation in Manhattan and more than 50 locations throughout the outer boroughs.
