Summit One Vanderbilt to Open This Fall atop the New 1,401-foot Skyscraper

Plans have been revealed by developer SL Green Realty for the observatory slated to open on October 21, 2021 at the top of the recently opened One Vanderbilt tower. Dubbed Summit One Vanderbilt, the new destination is expected to offer visitors an experience spanning art, nature and design at an elevation of 1,063 feet above Madison Avenue.
