Tashkent Supermarket Purchases 36K s/f Bay Ridge Retail Building for $18M
Ownership of Russian grocery store Tashkent Supermarket has purchased the two-story, 36,000-square-foot retail building for $18 million. Located at 1769 86th Street in the Bensonhurst neighborhood of Brooklyn, Tashkent will occupy the ground and lower level of the property that was delivered vacant; while the second floor will be a community use geared toward the Russian community living in the area.
