Timothy Oulton Opening East Coast Flagship in Flatiron District

British furniture brand Timothy Oulton has secured a 10-year lease for 7,170 square feet spread across three levels at 901 Broadway. The corner store that includes a rent in excess of $80 per square foot will serve as the retailer’s East Coast flagship; and includes 1,890 square feet on the ground level, 344 square feet of mezzanine space, and 1,221 square feet on the lower level connected by an open stair to feature a café bar as well as additional showroom space. Timothy Oulton currently operates 45 retail galleries worldwide, including at the New York Design Center, 200 Lexington Avenue.
