Uniqlo Purchases It’s SoHo Flagship for Between $160-$200M
Japanese clothing retailer Uniqlo has purchased the 5-story, 95,500-square-foot mixed-use block-through building located between SoHo’s Prince and Spring Streets for between $160 million and $200 million, or about $1,675 to $2,094 per square foot. Uniqlo occupies 53,000 square feet spread across three levels which they leased in 2006 as their first New York City location. The remainder of the building is a mix of 15 residential rental units and 4 office spaces. Seller AB & Sons has owned the building since 1981.
