Williamsburg’s Waterfront to Welcome New Boutique Hotel

The Marceau hotel will be making its Brooklyn debut at 110 Kent Avenue. Chicago-based restaurateur Xavi De Yparraguirre signed a 10-year lease for the entire 3-story, 20,000-square-foot building located along Williamsburg’s waterfront—the deal includes two 5-year options. Named after a street in Paris, the boutique hotel will have 16 guest rooms and feature a 3,000-square-foot rooftop bar.
